- My main career path I wish to pursue is to build and own my own clothing business that reflects my creativity and values. I aim to gain experience in the fashion industry and understand the processes of design, production, and marketing/advertisement involved in order to implement responsible business practices and incorporate different sustainable materials and processes, in addition to making clothing that makes people feel confident and promotes individuality as I have gained lots of confidence through my own endeavors.
- Another possible career I would be interested in would be fashion marketing, where I could work for a fashion company or startup where I would learn how to build strong brand identities and connect products with customers, ultimately allowing me to develop different marketing skills if/when starting my own brand.
- For a final possible career, I would be interested in being a buyer or merchandiser for a retail company, where I could select clothing lines and manage inventory based on trends and consumer demand. Like marketing, a career in merchandising could ultimately allow me to develop specific consumer-related skills as well as business management skills.
